After heavily investing in my own wellness journey, I quickly discovered the transformative power of coaching. With extensive experience in high-pressure environments due to my time in the military, I understand the challenges of juggling professional demands with your personal life. These experiences have equipped me with the insight and tools necessary to help others thrive, both personally and professionally.
Am I the right coach for you? Believe me when I say I have been where you are now and I understand your current mindset. My mind was like a maze and I could not switch it off. I would make irrational decisions or lash out at the people I loved. I put my own needs (both physical and mental) last as I believed I was not worthy. Having been through various life traumas/challenges including child sexual abuse, parental neglect, divorce, domestic abuse, unhealthy relationships, depression and anxiety I finally came to the realisation I am worthy and took the steps to start my own wellness journey finally investing in myself. I worked hard learning new techniques and strategies to calm my mind and nourish my soul when in crises or struggling. I now embrace life knowing life can throw anything at me and my mind and body are connected enough to deal with the challenge and come out stronger, just as you will be!
